2018 RETURNING RESIDENTIAL STUDENT LOYALTY DISCOUNT

Register early, before December 1, 2017 and receive:

1. Tuition of $939 (plus $4.96 processing fee) instead of $989
2. A signed copy of Julie’s best selling book “Choose to Matter” to a person of your choice.
3. A holiday card personalized to person of your choice from Julie OR Jen.

DISCOUNTS will be assigned as a refund AFTER registration.

NEW RESIDENT CAMPER HOLIDAY INCENTIVE:

PAYMENT DETAILS

Pay full tuition now using a credit card or pay a deposit of $350 accepted until May 1st. ($150 is non-refundable fee for cancellation). Families who carry a balance always have an option to "pay down" the remainder until the balance is charged by accessing your account through Active.com. Auto-billing will be processed on June 1, 2017.

STARTING May 1, 2017, all NEW registrations for all locations will be charged in full.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the contractual obligations and payment schedule of the Institutions we use, we are unable to offer any refund for cancellations received within 30 days of the start date of your chosen Academy…regardless of the reason. However we would be happy to help you gift this registration to another student.

All cancellations must be received in writing at: Marnie@juliefoudyleadership.com 30 days prior to the first day of your Academy (before 5/17/18 for CA, 5/24/18 for GA and 6/8/18 for NJ) in order to qualify for a refund. If we receive your request prior to this deadline, your credit card will be refunded the appropriate amount minus the non-refundable deposit.Refunds may not be posted until after the end of the Academy season.

JFSLA Cancellation, Late Arrival, Injury and Early Departure Statement

Registrants can find the cancelation policy in our confirmation email received once registration is completed.

We have a firm policy that students can arrive no later than the first sports session on the first full day of the program. If a student becomes ineligible to attend the JFSLA because she cannot arrive before the first sports session on the first full day of the program, any partial refund of tuition the JFSLA provides is in the JFSLA's full discretion. Because we are required to cover our per-student costs with the host location and hire staff based on projected students numbers, it will be very rare that the JFSLA will be able to provide any tuition discount if students cannot attend the JFSLA because of their late arrival.

While we sincerely hope we do not face any injuries during the program, sometimes students must leave campus. We also have found that some students ask to leave the program early for other team commitments.

Any reimbursement in the event of injury or early departure remains the discretion of the Directors. Please note that we cannot offer any refund whatsoever if a student departs the program on the 3rd day or later, no matter the reason. As noted above, we have a responsibility to the host location to cover our costs per student which are assessed in advance of the event starting.
